Welcome & Introductions: Kristyn welcomed the group and offered Pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes: 

• February Minutes were approved via email and are now posted online.

Principal’s Report: (Wendy)

• Accreditation:
  • Went well-Provided more information and documentation than needed
  • Thanks to Mr. Morse for his hard work to ensure everything was compiled in the correct format.
• Looking for opportunities to help students after such a long year
  • Traeger Cook Off
• Last round of cameras installed
• PTSA helped pay for 3 new water fountains
• Continued improvements to the school
  • New kitchen for foods classes, serving area, updating wood shop

Treasurer’s Report 

• Reviewed funds received and expenditures

PTSA REPS (Kristyn)

• Making Teacher Appreciation signs for May

Presidents Report (Kristyn)

• Banner Ads going well
  • Consider 
• MemberHub Stripe is set up and allows for online payments
  • Silent auctions for HOPE Week or before holidays.
• Discussion about how to increase membership next year.
• PTSA Board
  • Still looking for a treasurer
    • Candace Thomas?
  • Kristyn will follow-up with interested contacts
• Discussion about end of year stomp or party-PTSA has committed to help.
  • Kristyn is working to get some gift cards for the 9th grade graduation gift.
