1) Welcome/Pledge (Mallorey):

2) Minutes (Mallorey): Sept. meeting minutes approved. Sent out email and Remind.
Will follow up with Brooklyn Leavitt to get minutes posted on NOJH website.

3) Principal’s Report (Sherry or Niels):
- Activities run by PTSA are a huge success, THANK YOU VOLUNTEERS.
- PCCR’s 8th Grade sign ups are coming up.
- Parent and student will meet with their counselor
- A 4 year plan will be made. A pathway to follow interests and goals.
- 9th grade classes will be chosen at this time
- Threat assessment- NO EVIDENCE of truth. Please talk to your kids about the
procedures to take. Report threats and hunches to SAFE UT.
- DO NOT SPREAD through social media.
- REMINDER: We have a closed campus. During lunch, during class, EVERYONE
needs to check in with the office. NO OUTSIDE FOOD deliveries or drop off to
students. This helps keep our campus safe and secure. Students can bring food
or purchase lunch on campus.

5) Treasurer’s Report (Jim):
We currently have 383 members.
We need to get the funds from the school to put into our account.
Cash in and out for Back to School member and shirt sales
Cash in and out for Stomp tickets
Check to Elevate Events for DJ at the stomp
Paid for AIM insurance
Check to Weber PTSA for Hope Week food trucks

6) President’s Report (Mallorey):
● PTSA Reps (Jim/Anna)
○ Jim will follow up with the front office to send out sign ups for Reps.

• HOPE Week review
  ○ HUGE success! Plan on doing it again next year.
  ○ Thinking of assigning schools certain booths for try it knight to have them
  run more smoothly
  ○ Food trucks were a success- less than150 food vouchers were left over
  from Thursday night at Weber. Change location of table set up for next
  year.
• Doughnut Day: Oct 29- both lunches
  ○ 475 donuts on order
  ○ Rachel will help find a few more parent volunteers. We will have PTSA
  Reps by then to help as well. 2 adults and 2 student reps for each lunch.
  ○ Donuts will be $1 for those not a member of the PTSA and free for those
  who are. CASH ONLY!
• Christmas Tree Jubilee: Who will contact those who expressed a willingness to
  help with this and make sure they have the dates and deadlines
  ○ Dates for the jubilee are Nov 25-29
  ○ Rachel will gather a few volunteers to help

Next meeting: November 6th @ 9:30. Check in with the office and head to the
conference room.
