Welcome & Introductions: Kristyn welcomed the group on Zoom

Bylaws:

• Kristyn reviewed the bylaws and answered questions from the group
• No changes will be made from our current bylaws
  • Bylaws are posted online on Utah PTSA
• Keri motioned to approve the bylaws as posted
  • Marlisa seconded the approval
  • Vote was taken and unanimously approved by all 14 in attendance: Kristyn, Keri, Marlisa, Rachel, Kami, Sherry, Rachel, Molly, Jodi, Kristi, Amy, Angi, Shelly, and Mindy.

Next Meeting January 4 @ 9:30 in the Library
