Welcome & Introductions: Kristyn welcomed the group and led Pledge of Allegiance

 

Minutes (Keri): Bylaw changes emailed, approved, and posted online

 

Treasurer’s Report (Kami): Most activity was in November. Ending balance is $5063.55

 

Career Day on 3/22 - Counselors may need help from PTSA.

 

PTSA Reps (Kristyn):

  • Hoodies given out as a Christmas Gift - Had parent help and they were awesome
  • PTSA Day at the Capitol Feb 7th or 23rd? Probably 23rd if school approves
  • Valentine’s Day Stomp Feb 10 @ 2:30-4:30

 

Fundraising (Kristyn): 

  • Raise renewal to $200 instead of $175

  • Need a committee: Kristyn, Marlisa, Mindy, Keri
    • Check with elementary PTAs to get suggestions for members.
  • Nominations by Feb meeting

 

President’s Report::

  • Doughnut Day 
    • Plan for Jan 20
  • Legislative Day at the Capital: Jan 27th & Feb 17th
    • Register at UTAHPTA.org
    • Some events are online and free others are $5-$15
  • PTC Dinner on February 15th - Kristyn will check if Zupa’s works again
  • Short Day on Wed Jan 11th, Feb 8 & Feb 15th
  • No School on Mon Jan 9th & 16th, Feb 17th & 20th
  •  Next meeting: February 1st @ 9:30 am Library
