I. Upcoming Items
● 2 weeks after school starts get a list from Marty on who joined the PTSA
● T-Shirts-get pricing for T-shirt/Beanies/Hats/Socks-Jim will follow on
● Remove CTC Donation on the budget

II. Things to do
● Hope week increases to 1500.00
● Remove White & Red ribbon weeks
● Add 100 to Teacher Appreciation week
● When ready to pay fees, have Marty send out an e-mail

III. Topics of Conversation
● Teacher appreciation= run it quarterly?? Are there enough parents to do this?
● Massage therapy come in for teacher appreciation
● Soda bar for Teacher appreciation sometime?
● Board meeting-we could have done better at. Keep the $150?

Happenings
● Leave checks and postage budget line
● Project broadcast REMOVE from budget
● Very first meeting we need 12 people to approve the budget
